El sistema admite tarjetas Visa, MasterCard, American Express. Este modo de pago es totalmente seguro, ya que TodoBiblia.com (en adelante SOCIEDAD BÍBLICA) realiza el cobro en el momento en que se realiza el mismo, a través de la empresa de renombre Stripe. SOCIEDAD BÍBLICA únicamente pasará al cobro el importe de los artículos disponibles.
Visa y Master Card han desarrollado un sistema para realizar de forma segura pagos en Internet. El sistema de Comercio Electrónico Seguro se basa en que el Emisor de la tarjeta (banco o caja de ahorros) identifique al titular de esta antes de autorizar el pago por Internet.
Los datos de su tarjeta y su contraseña quedan protegidos por este sistema de seguridad desde el momento de su introducción en la plataforma de Stripe. SOCIEDAD BÍBLICA no almacena ni guarda en ningún caso la información financiera del cliente. En el caso de optar el cliente por guardar sus datos de pago para compras futuras, esa información se almacenará en la plataforma de pago de Stipe, no teniendo acceso SOCIEDAD BÍBLICA a ella en ningún momento para garantizar la seguridad de la misma.
Una vez completada la identificación, el Emisor comunica a SOCIEDAD BÍBLICA que la compra la está realizando el titular de la tarjeta, de forma que este pueda completar el proceso. Si la identificación no ha sido satisfactoria, el Emisor lo comunica a SOCIEDAD BÍBLICA para que proceda en consecuencia. Esta ventana está fuera del control de SOCIEDAD BÍBLICA, siendo responsabilidad de su Emisor cualquier incidencia que pueda surgir con la misma.
